# Sign in to EvalGate

EvalGate account access uses an interactive browser redirect with GitHub or Google. EvalGate does not accept an email/password pair on this page and does not issue an API key through the social sign-in redirect.

## People

1. Open the [interactive sign-in page](https://www.evalgate.com/auth/login).
2. Choose GitHub or Google and complete that provider's consent flow.
3. Select an organization after returning to EvalGate.

## Agents and automation

Agents do not perform the browser sign-in flow. They can start a credential handoff over plain HTTP; an authorized organization admin then signs in with GitHub or Google, reviews the organization and scopes, and approves or denies it. A successful handoff returns one expiring API key to the agent exactly once.
