# Share a signed report

A signed report is a verifiable summary of an evaluation, release, or eval-loop
workflow. It is signed with a key version and can be revoked.

## Step 1 — Create a report

From an evaluation's **Export / Report** actions, or from the eval-loop's final
stage, create a report. The report records the evidence body, the signing key
version, and the report-evidence hash.

## Step 2 — Share the verification URL

The report has a public **verification URL**. Share that URL with reviewers. They
can verify the signature and read the evidence without an EvalGate account.

<Note>
  The verification URL proves the report is authentic and unmodified. It does
  not give the recipient access to raw payloads.
</Note>

## Step 3 — Revoke if needed

If a report must be withdrawn (for example, the release was rolled back), click
**Revoke**. A revoked report fails verification, and the revocation is recorded.
