# Open Risks & controls

From the sidebar open **Proof**, then **Risks & controls**
(`/proof/risks-and-controls`) in the product.

## What to do

1. Search or create a risk.
2. Create or link a control with a designated reviewer.
3. Use **Propose a safeguard** when the evidence gap says no safeguard is
   mapped.
4. Request and review evidence before recording conclusions.
5. Export reviewed scope when the freeze is ready.

This surface does not invent prevention from unresolved receipts. Implementation
receipt claims stay on `/proof/controls`.
